The commemoration is held at the so-called “Russian chapel” which is wooden church, which was erected in memory of Russian prisoners of war that died in WWI and the church was dedicated to St. Vladimir. More than 2,500 people with invitations will be at the meeting, including Slovenian politicians and businessmen who are oriented to work in the Russian Federation.
Also it’s a bad time to travel through Slovenia today because of strong security measures due Vladimir Putin’s arrival, most of Slovenia is being blocked for traffic that made a collapse among tourists going towards Adriatic for vacation.
